About the Recipe

These nachos are the perfect snack for game day or any day when you're craving something cheesy and delicious. Serve with sour cream on the side for dipping. These nachos are sure to be a hit with your family and friends!"


  • 16 oz bag of tortilla chips

  • 4 c. of shredded cheddar cheese or mix of cheddar, pepper jack, or colby jack

  • 1 lb Don Felipe Chorizo Rojo, cooked

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • ½ small red onion, diced

  • ½ pint of cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1 large hass avocado, cubed

  • ¼ c. pickled jalepeños

  • Guacamole and salsa optional


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Spread chips out in a single layer over the baking sheet.

Step 3

Top the chips with 2 cups of cheese. Sprinkle chorizo and beans evenly. Top with remaining shredded cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven and top with remaining ingredients and a dollop of guacamole and salsa. Enjoy!
