  • Don Felipe Chorizo Links with casing removed

  • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil

Remove the natural casing of each link with a knife and discard.



Step 2


Place the pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil (or cooking spray will work just fine too) to your pan.



Step 3


Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side, turning links often.
