Chorizo Tostadas

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Refried Beans
  • 1/2 lbs. of Don Felipe Chorizo Rojo, Verde or Chicken
  • 1/4 Head Iceberg lettuce Shredded
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • Cotija Cheese Crumbled or Cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup Thick Mexican Crema

           


          DIRECTIONS:

          1. Heat the oil.
          2. Carefully at a tortilla into the hot oil.
          3. Fry for 2-4 minutes, or until golden brown
          4. Using tongs, flip the tortilla.
          5. Fry for 2-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
          6. Place on paper towel to drain excess fat.
          7. Repeat with each tortilla until done.
          8. Cook Chorizo and set aside
          9. Coat each tostada with refried beans 
          10. Add cooked chorizo  
          11. Top with iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cream Cotija Cheese 
          12. Serve with your favorite salsa.
          13. Enjoy
